Our spring cleaning and home maintenance checklist comes in especially handy if you are considering selling in the coming months. For a rough approximation of just how much your home is worth, visit our new Home Valuation Tool landing page. The number generated is a great starting point before you talk to one of our licensed real estate agents.

However, while this value is a great starting point, estimated home valuations are frequently inaccurate as the value is based on computer-generated models determined by public records. Your home is more than data points - square footage in a zip code. Improvements, curb appeal and distance to nearby workplaces, schools and attractions contribute to your home's value. If you are considering selling your home, schedule a walk through with one of our real estate agents for a professional assessment. As we live and work in the Richland/Gull Lake community, we know your neighborhood more personally than any computer model possibly could, and will provide a more accurate understanding of your home's value based on current market trends.

**Please know that while this valuation tool pulls in a tremendous about of data, the valuation does not take into account specific market factors, the condition of the home, and continually changing market trends that can only be analyzed by a local market expert.
